Regional Manager in Shenzhen
Responsibilities:
- Leadership of the sales team in the branch office Shanhai/Shenzhen/Chengdu
- Responsible in the region for budget of order incoming, turn-over, cost and profit
- Coordinate the sales- and promotion activities according to the sales strategy
- Report to Managing Director Greater China
Requirements:
- At least bachelor degree in Power Electronics, Electrical Engineering or Microelectronics from a first tier university
- Minimum 5-year experience in electronic components sales
- At least 3-year leadership experience
- Excellent command of English and Chinese (both written and spoken)
- Organized and able to work independently under minimal supervision
- A team player with strong interpersonal communication skills
- Willing to travel extensively
- Experience in R&D/Application Engineering of power electronics will be an advantage
- Job reference necessary
