      • It is an all too common paradox:you need to capture transientevents at a high sample rate butthe events of interest are erraticallyspread over a long period. TheOM-CP-PRTRANSIS is thepressure recorder to solve yourproblems. It samples up to 100 Hz(10 ms), but it will only trigger onpressure limits that you setbeforehand. You can start thetrigger on high and/or lowthresholds and end it after eithera chosen number of samples, orwhen the signal crosses over yourstop threshold. The device canrecord up to 255 events and takeas many as 262,143 pressuresamples. The recorder also showsup to 32 samples of "pre-trigger"data so that you can learn whatcaused the trigger in the first place.

      The OM-CP-PRTRANSIS hasbeen Factory Mutual certified asintrinsically safe for Class I, Division1, Groups A, B, C and D and nonincendivefor Class I, Division 2,Groups A, B, C and D. Thiscertification makes the device idealfor use in hostile environments.

      The OM-CP-PRTRANSIS is abattery-operated unit with astandard 1/4 NPT for easy couplingto your pressure systems, and thestainless steel sensor can measurethe pressure of most common fluidsand gases.The non-volatile memory willretain valuable data even ifthe user-replaceable batterybecomes discharged.The software converts your PCinto a real-time strip chart recorder.Data can be printed in a graphic ortabular format and can be exportedto a text or Microsoft file.The OM-CP-PRTRANSISis your solution to the transientpressure problem.
