      • The OMB-DBK41 analogexpansion module allowsOMEGA’s OMB-LOGBOOK andOMB-DAQBOARD-2000 Seriesdata acquisition systems to beexpanded with any combination ofup to ten OMB-DBK series analogexpansion cards.The OMB-DBK41’s metal enclosurefeatures an analog backplane intowhich the OMB-DBK series expansioncards can be easily installed.

      The OMB-DBK41 featuresindustrial-strength Velcro-styletabs that enable you to mount
      aOMB-LOGBOOK and a notebookPC on top of it.

      Power Requirements
      OMB-DBK series analog cardshoused within the OMB-DBK41can obtain their power from yourOMB-LOGBOOK orOMB-DAQBOARD-2000 Seriesinternal power supply, or theOMB-CDK10 battery and powersupply module. However, dependingon the combination and number ofcards installed within the unit, theOMB-DBK32A or OMB-DBK33optional power supply card maysometimes be required foradequate power.
      The OMB-DBK32A or OMB-DBK33can obtain its power from a numberof sources: an included ACadapter, an optional OMB-DBK30Arechargeable battery/excitationmodule, OMB-DBK34 battery/UPSmodule, or any 9 to 20 Vdc source,such as an automobile battery.

      Packaging
      You can stack the OMB-DBK41beneath an OMB-LOGBOOKportable data acquisition modulevia included fastener panels, whichare available with an optionalscrew-in handle. The result is acompact and securely connecteddata acquisition system that youcan conveniently carry from oneapplication site to another.
